Daily:
The program takes 10-20 minutes each day (a short story or lesson, plus a question to write or speak about, and a check-in)
Weekly:
The optional group coaching calls will last 30-60 min each week (depending on your questions) for each of the four systems.
We take one month off group coaching between systems to practice the previous system before moving on to the next system.
At this pace, the journey takes one year to complete.
